Knaizen can pull data from most major tracking platforms via their APIs. Bring your devices, keep your platform — we plug in and run the Knaizen dashboard, alerts, and reports on top.

Is Knaizen available to buy today?
Yes. Knaizen is available now at the prices shown above. Pick a plan, tell us your fleet size, and we'll confirm your total and send bank-transfer details — your account goes live once payment is received.
How do I pay?
Payment is by direct bank transfer. Place your order on this page (or email hello@knaizen.com) and we reply with your total and our bank details. We don’t take card payments — bank transfer keeps fees out of your price.
How do the plans work?
Knaizen is a ladder of plans, each adding more on top of the last: Location (live location & trips, $1/vehicle/mo), Drive (+ alerts, $1.25), Control (+ reports, $1.50), Safety (+ driver scoring, $1.83), and Fleet (+ geofences, groups, sub-accounts, API, $2.33). Cold Chain Fleet and EV Fleet are the Fleet plan configured for those fleets ($3). Prices are per vehicle per month, billed yearly. Pick the plan that matches what you need and pay a flat per-vehicle price for it.
What if I add vehicles mid-year?
Just add them in your dashboard — billing is pro-rated for the rest of the year, at the same per-vehicle price you're already on. Remove them any time too.
What happens at renewal?
Plans renew yearly. Before each renewal we reach out — you can stay on your plan or move up or down the ladder as your needs have changed. Nothing auto-rolls into a surprise.
Why yearly instead of monthly billing?
Annual billing keeps the per-vehicle price low and the admin simple — one invoice a year, no monthly churn. You can still add or remove vehicles whenever you need; they're pro-rated.
Will my price change during the year?
No. Your plan's per-vehicle price is fixed for the year — no mid-year increases, no add-on creep, no charge for new features we ship while you're on it.
Do I need to buy hardware from Knaizen?
No. Knaizen is software-only. It works with industry-standard GPS trackers you can buy from any local supplier, and if you already have trackers installed you can switch to Knaizen without changing hardware.
What about data retention?
90 days of position history is included in every plan. No paid add-on, no upsell.
What about support?
Email at support@knaizen.com. We don't offer phone or WhatsApp support — that's how we keep the price low. The product is built to be self-service end to end.
Where is my data stored?
On secure, managed infrastructure in the European Union. Daily backups; encryption in transit. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
